Amendment
Jack Schiavone has put forth a proposed amendment to our by-laws (seconded)that absentee/proxy voting for officers shall be permitted.
This will be voted upon at the first regularly scheduled membership meeting in 2012.
If this amendment passes, the Nominating Committee will be asked to develop the protocol.
