Annual registration is required of each member of the organization. This includes payment of organization
dues to the Secretary-Treasurer on or before the annual
business meeting and otherwise meeting the elements of the 5-Point Site Plan as highlighted in the Meeting
Schedule section.
The referee is then considered an Active member of the WPASOA and accordingly is eligible
for assignments by SW BOCES. Dues are set by the Executive Board and
cover registration at the state level, insurance, rule books, and the annual dinner as well as general
expenses of the organization.
