WPASOA class for new HS Soccer Referees in 2025.  This is the last class planned for 2025. 

Class will meet Monday Jun 23 and Tuesday Jun 24 from 6 - 9 pm each night via zoom. You must attend both classes to complete the course.

When you have completed the 2025 NFHS Soccer Exam, click "register" to report your score and upload a copy of your certificate.

For referees attending a Rockland (RCSOA), Dutchess (MHSOA) or other NYSCOS association meeting. Please provide meeting date and an email from an officer (President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer or Rules Interpreter) of the association confirming your attendance.

Each year, you must attend one interpretation meeting sponsored by an approved NYSCOS local board. This is a fundamental membership requirement to be able to work BOCES games.
