For referees attending a Rockland (RCSOA), Dutchess (MHSOA) or other NYSCOS association meeting. Please provide meeting date and an email from an officer (President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer or Rules Interpreter) of the association confirming your attendance. 

Each year, you must attend one interpretation meeting sponsored by an approved NYSCOS local board. This is a fundamental membership requirement to be able to work BOCES games.
