Signing on: Sign on page. Choose either "Boys Soccer" or "Girls Soccer." (In ZebraWeb-speak, Boys and Girls soccer are separate sports or "portals.") Then "ZebraWeb" Assigning . After you sign in, you can verify or change your sport / portal in the upper right corner, next to the profile button.
To see your full schedule: Choose the "Schedule" Tab (or one of the schedule buttons to the right of the calendar on the dashboard page), and make sure that filters (the first input box toward the top left) are set to "Future Games"
and that you click the Cross Portal Schedule button. . (Once you click it, it will change to say "Portal Schedule"). From this view, you can accept, decline or turn back games individually. Using the buttons on the right you can also accept all (
note the + sign), decline all (
note the x), or turnback all (
note the slash). Also see the sample website schedule display in the turnback section for how the key elements should be set.
To turn back a previously accepted game - use the website schedule display. Keep in mind the timing requirements described on the game fees page. Although you can accept or decline an offered game on the phone app, it does not appear that the phone app permits turnbacks.
Updating Availability (Note - ZebraWeb is an opt-in system -- it assumes that you are not available unless you affirmatively say that you are available. To provide the assignors with maximum flexibility, and give you the opportunity to be assigned to the most games, we recommend a two-step process: first open up the entire season, and then go back and block the specific dates or times that you are not available. To automatically integrate and synchronize your ZebraWeb schedule into your regular calendar (iOS, Google, Outlook, etc.), Choose "Calendar Sync" from your profile, copy the URL and follow the instructions from your calendar provider for subscribing to a calendar.
